The MARCA Research and Development department is capable of meeting all technical requirements related to products: part engineering, material selection, and resolving molding issues, also utilizing the VISI-FLOW software.

Stampisette s.r.l. was founded in 2006 as the Tooling division of Marca s.r.l., a leading company in the design and manufacturing of molds for plastic processing. It is a specialized production unit focused on manufacturing molds for high-precision equipment.

The production site in Romania is dedicated to molding thermoplastic and thermosetting materials. Over the years, we have expanded our operations by adding assembly and tooling departments. This has provided us with advanced facilities, enabling us to meet customer demands more effectively. To accommodate our growth, we expanded our facilities by 2,000 square meters in 2014. In 2018, we obtained the IATF 16949:2016 certification, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in the automotive sector.

MARCA MOLD srl specializes in the production of plastic components for the electrical and electronic sectors, ice machines, air filtration, and other industries. We have horizontal injection molding machines ranging from 35 to 420 tons, equipped with robotic operating systems. MARCA MOLD srl also has a design center with a VisiCAD 3D and 2D system that supports data exchange formats such as IGS, DWG, and STEP.

The new operational headquarters, starting from September 2024, focuses on the design, mold construction, testing, and pre-series production. Our local team consists of highly qualified engineers, ready to provide innovative solutions and dedicated support.
